i was happy they quickly provided a room despite my early arrival. the restaurant delivered a chicken caesar salad to my room quickly. the bellman thoughtfully adjusted the room temperature upon delivering my luggage.

Riverside Delight, A Truly Wonderful Stay!

wonderful view warm staff bold color

The location was fabulous and the staff greeted me with warmth. I enjoyed a wonderful view facing the water and the hotel's design gave a Stanley Kubrick vibe. The corridors had long, bold colors and the design was finished to a great standard. I am very pleased with my stay and will recommend it to family.

The cleaning service wasn't consistent, and our room wasn't cleaned on some nights, despite assurances. Apparently, the cleaning finishes early at 7 pm, which I found unusual for a five-star hotel. The room service only replaced towels and made the bed, but toiletries were not restocked and the sink wasn't cleaned.

the twin room station view was very clean. i found the bed comfortable. the hotel provided a variety and quality of food during breakfast. the room's soundproofing kept noise from the train station out.

The room size was definitely smaller than advertised, a detail that irked me. I booked a room advertised as 27 square meters. It felt smaller. The listing mentioned a couch, which I expected, but it was nowhere to be found. The staff just shrugged when I inquired. That didn't instill confidence.

The location was amazing! i was able to walk to the main square in just about 10 minutes. the room was always clean and i got fresh towels every day. the beds were super comfortable. I slept so well!

The heating didn't work on my first night. i told the reception, and they said they fixed it, but it still didn't work. the shower was leaking a bit too. breakfast was the same every morning. There wasn't a lot of variety.

the staff was very friendly and helpful, i must say. breakfast was great with fresh products. the hotel's location near the train station was convenient for travel..

the bathroom was quite small, i noticed. there was very little space to put toiletries. i also found the rooms to be a bit dusty, to be honest. dust allergies were definitely triggered..

the staffs service was excellent. I found that the ac kept the room cool on hot days. The river view I had was beautiful.

the shower had a leak. I noticed hair on the bathroom floor, i'm not so sure about the cleaning. The breakfast seemed identical every morning of my stay.
